- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions including sites, lists, libraries, and client-side customizations.

- Build and support SPFx web parts and extensions following team coding standards.

- Manage SharePoint Online administration and governance ensuring maintainability, scalability, and security.

- Develop and support PowerShell scripting including PnP PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management Shell.

- Integrate Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Microsoft Graph, and Azure Runbooks.

- Troubleshoot and resolve moderate complexity issues.

- Collaborate with team members, management, and internal stakeholders with qualified communication and customer feedback incorporation.

- Proactively identify technical challenges and recommend solutions.

- Take ownership balancing speed, quality, and feature development.

- Demonstrate company culture values through respectful, inclusive collaboration.

- Support governance and administration concepts for SharePoint Online.





Requirements

Must-Have:

- Strong hands-on SharePoint Online administration and development expertise including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and SharePoint Admin portal.

- PnP PowerShell scripting (mandatory and non-negotiable).

- SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

- PowerShell scripting.

- Microsoft 365 services integration including Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

- SharePoint governance and administration concepts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.

- 3+ years relevant experience in SharePoint Online Microsoft solutions.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with Azure Runbooks.

- REST APIs.

- Office 365 automation and integration experience.

- Experience with AirTable.
