Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC Press Brake / Hydraulic Press Brake machines for sheet metal bending and forming.

- Read and understand engineering/fabrication drawings, dimensions, tolerances, bend details, and sequences.

- Set up machines as per material, thickness, bend angle, and job requirements.

- Select and install suitable punches, dies, and bending tools.

- Load and position sheet metal accurately and run/verify CNC bending programs.

- Set parameters such as bend angle, back gauge, stroke, pressure/tonnage, and bend sequence.

- Perform first-piece/trial bending and make adjustments for accurate dimensions and angles.

- Inspect components using vernier calipers, measuring tape, angle gauges, height gauges, etc.

- Identify and correct bending issues such as incorrect angles, dimensional variation, deformation, over/under-bending, and marking.

- Maintain production quality and output as per job cards and production schedules.

- Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, tooling care, and preventive maintenance.

- Record production/rejection and report machine, tooling, or quality issues to the supervisor.





- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and proper housekeeping.

Required Skills

- 2–7 years of relevant experience in CNC Press Brake / sheet metal bending.

- Positive knowledge of MS, SS, Aluminium, GI and sheet metal bending processes.

- Knowledge of bend allowance, bend angles, tolerances, and tooling selection.

- Experience with Amada, Energy Mission, Bystronic, or similar CNC Press Brake machines will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,799.71 - ₹30,000.00 per month
