Key Requirements:
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking & EC Core Certified.
- SAP S/4HANA HCM Time Management certification preferred/required.
- 10–15 years of experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors.
- Solid experience as a Solution Architect in Time Management.
- Minimum 4 End-to-End Implementations and 5 Support Projects.
- Hands-on experience in SF Time Tracking, S/4HANA Time Management, Time Evaluation, CATS & PS integration.
- Strong knowledge of solution design, integrations, hybrid landscapes, time valuation, payroll integration, and clock-in/clock-out solutions.
- Experience with MDF, data migration, global compliance, reporting, and cross-module integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Experience in configuration, customization, testing, support, gap analysis, and roadmap development.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
- Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
