KRA 1: Self-Demonstrated Commitment for the Safety Sustainability:

- Conduct Safety observation Round &
- CFSA at workplace.
- Reporting Near Miss, OPL &
- Kaizen on regular basis.

Hazards (OFI's) Reporting & ensuring compliances for the same. KRA 2: All relevant statutory compliances on Time:

KRA 3: Safety Promotion Activities organized for workforce:

Organize motivational programs related to safety in order to awareness among employees and contract workmen.

- NSD Activities.
- Organise Campaign on Theme for Every Month.
- Fire Service Day Celebration etc.





KRA 4: Implementation of SMS &

- IMS System:

Coordination and participation in internal and external audit and ensuring 100% compliances of audit findings. KRA 5: Coordination and monitoring with standard champions &

- Subcommittee chairmen along with the line mangers to Implement safety standards and safety culture in unit:

Coordination and participation in all sub committees meeting, Regular monitoring & review Key performance of each safety standards and subcommittee meeting outcomes compliances.

Qualification - BE/B. Tech

Essential: Post Graduation Diploma in Industrial Safety
