nJob Summary:

nWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience across ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM modules. The consultant will be responsible for ServiceNow configuration, development, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.

nKey Responsibilities:

n

- Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
n
- Work extensively on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM implementations and enhancements.
n
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.
n
- Develop and maintain Flow Designer workflows and ServiceNow automation.
n
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
n
- Work with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM concepts as required.
n
- Support IT Asset Management processes including hardware/software asset management.
n
- Troubleshoot technical issues,



identify root causes, and implement solutions.
n
- Perform unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
n
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.
n
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain proper technical documentation.
n

nRequired Skills:

n

n
- 5–8 years of overall ServiceNow experience.
n
- Strong hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM .
n
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development .
n
- Experience with:
