Hi,

8-12+ years overall IT experience, with 57+ years of robust ServiceNow experience in solution design and architecture.

Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.

Define HLD/LLD, architecture, data models, integrations, security and deployment approach.

Provide expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Portal/Employee Center and IntegrationHub.

Design integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, APIs and Service Graph Connectors.

Ensure maximum use of OOTB functionality and minimize unnecessary customization.

Review technical designs, configurations and custom development for scalability and upgrade compatibility.

Lead architecture discussions with customers and stakeholders.

Guide developers/technical teams and establish development standards.

Support RFPs, solution proposals, effort estimation and technical presentations.





Provide technical governance, troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Required Skills

Strong ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.

ITSM and ITOM expertise.

Strong CMDB/CSDM understanding.

ServiceNow integrations and API architecture.

JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management is preferred.

Exposure to ServiceNow SecOps, SPM and AI/Now Assist is an advantage.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and solution-design skills.

Certifications

ServiceNow CSA – mandatory/preferred

CIS certification – preferred

ServiceNow CTA – highly desirable
