We are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Tech Lead for one of our premium clients.

Position: ServiceNow Tech Lead

Locations: Gurugram | Bengaluru | Hyderabad | Chennai

Experience: 6+ Years

Role: Lead / Senior Resource

Key Requirements:

- 6+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience
- Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong expertise in Custom Application Development
- Domain Separation experience is mandatory
- Strong ITSM module experience
- Hands-on experience with 3+ additional ServiceNow modules
- Strong development, configuration, customization and scripting skills
- Experience in designing and developing scalable ServiceNow solutions




- Positive understanding of ServiceNow integrations and workflows
- Agentic AI knowledge/experience is an added advantage
- Experience in leading a development team will be an added advantage

• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills

Priority Skills: ServiceNow | Custom Application Development | Domain Separation | ITSM | ServiceNow Development | ServiceNow Modules | Scripting | Integrations | Workflows | Agentic AI
