Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM/GRC Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, with strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) modules.

The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions and should be comfortable working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, implement, and support ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
- Work on IRM modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure applications, forms, workflows, business rules, notifications, reports, dashboards, and access controls.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows and integrations as required.
- Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Configure risk and compliance processes, assessments, controls, policies, and related workflows.
- Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and recommend ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, and process documentation.
- Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, business analysts, and other technical teams.

Required Skills




- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
- Good understanding of Risk, Compliance, Policy, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide scripting.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Workflows/Flow Designer, and Notifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow IRM/GRC certification or relevant implementation experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and migrations.
- Knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, or SecOps modules.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Location: Pune | Experience: 5+ Years | Skill: ServiceNow IRM/GRC Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
