Hiring: ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM (HAM/SAM) & HRSD Specialist

Location: India – (Pune | Bangalore | Hyderabad | Mumbai | Noida | Chennai)

Experience: 5–10 years

We are looking for a versatile ServiceNow Specialist with strong hands-on expertise across ITSM, ITAM (HAM/SAM), and HRSD to drive enterprise workflow transformation across IT and HR functions.

ITSM

Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management

Service Catalog & Knowledge Management

SLA optimization and process automation

End-to-end ticket lifecycle workflows

ITAM – HAM/SAM

Hardware Asset Management & Software Asset Management

Asset lifecycle: Procurement → Deployment → Maintenance → Retirement

License compliance, cost optimization & audit readiness

CMDB and Discovery integrations

HRSD

HR Case & Knowledge Management

Employee Service Center

Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Lifecycle workflows

HR process automation and employee experience enhancement

Cross-Functional Expertise

Business requirement gathering and solution design

Configuration, customization, Business Rules, UI Policies & Flow Designer

JavaScript scripting and REST/SOAP integrations

Dashboards, reports & analytics

Collaboration across IT, HR, Procurement & Finance

Required Skills

8+ years of ServiceNow experience

Strong hands-on experience in ITSM, ITAM (HAM/SAM) & HRSD

CMDB, asset lifecycle & SLA management knowledge

ServiceNow configuration, customization & scripting

REST/SOAP integrations

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, ITAM or HRSD

Discovery & CMDB optimization experience

SAP / Workday integration experience

ITIL knowledge
