Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD

Job Summary:

The ServiceNow HRSD professional is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing HR solutions using the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform. This role focuses on enhancing the employee experience by streamlining HR processes and integrating them with other business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Design &
- Implementation:

- Design and configure HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management.

- Implement workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle events.

- Customize the Employee Service Center portal to improve user experience.

- Integration &

- Automation:

- Integrate HRSD with third-party systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and payroll systems.

- Automate HR processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

- Collaboration &

- Support:

- Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing HRSD implementations.

- Documentation &

- Training:





- Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

- Train HR staff and end-users on new features and functionalities.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications:

- 3-7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 2 years in HRSD.

- Robust understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.

- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, and Now Mobile.

- Familiarity with HR integrations (eg, Workday, SAP).

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with Employee Document Management, HR Performance Analytics, and Mobile Onboarding.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL practices.
