nRole Overview

nWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to define, govern, and drive the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and strategy across the enterprise.

nThe ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the ServiceNow platform, with proven experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and global ServiceNow transformation programs. The candidate will ensure ServiceNow capabilities align with business objectives, industry best practices, security standards, and enterprise architecture principles.

nKey Responsibilities

- Define and maintain the enterprise ServiceNow architecture roadmap aligned with business and technology goals.
n
- Establish platform design standards, governance frameworks, and architecture best practices.
n
- Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and compliant ServiceNow solutions.
n
- Lead architecture decisions across ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
n
- Collaborate with business, IT, security, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
n
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to ServiceNow development and implementation teams.
n
- Review existing ServiceNow solutions and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
n
- Drive platform standardization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Lead and support global ServiceNow transformation programs.
n

nRequired Experience & Qualifications

- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
n
- 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience.
n
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale and global ServiceNow transformation programs .
n
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development, integrations, and platform governance.
n
- Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
n
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and leadership skills.
n
- Ability to develop data-driven strategies and align technology solution
