Solution Architect who can bridge business vision with technology strategy and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.

This is not a traditional solutioning role. We are looking for a strategic thinker, storyteller, and transformation consultant who can engage with CIOs,

CTOs, Digital Transformation Leaders, and business executives to architect future-ready ServiceNow solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Strategic Client Advisory

Engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, transformation objectives, and operational challenges.

Position ServiceNow as a strategic enterprise platform rather than a technology implementation.

Lead executive discovery workshops and transformation assessments.

¢ Define digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business outcomes and organizational goals.

Presales Leadership

¢ Own solution strategy for enterprise opportunities across ServiceNow portfolios.

¢ Lead pursuit teams for large and strategic deals from qualification to closure.

¢ Build compelling value propositions, business cases, and ROI-driven solution narratives.





¢ Present differentiated solutions during customer workshops, executive briefings, and proposal defenses.

¢ Support RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and strategic bid management initiatives.

Enterprise Solution Architecture

¢ Design scalable enterprise architectures leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.

¢ Drive platform strategy, governance frameworks, and transformation blueprints.

¢ Recommend best-fit solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, AIOps, SecOps, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and SPM.

¢ Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security frameworks, and operational objectives.

Growth & Market Expansion

¢ Collaborate with sales leadership to develop account growth strategies.

¢ Identify new business opportunities, expansion initiatives, and industry-specific offerings.

¢ Build reusable solution assets, accelerators, and GTM frameworks.

¢ Represent Input Zero in industry events, customer forums, and strategic discussions.

Thought Leadership

¢ Act as a ServiceNow evangelist and trusted advisor.

¢ Drive innovation through automation, AI, workflow transformation, and operational excellence.

¢ Mentor solution consultants, architects, and presales teams.

¢ Contribute to capability building and organizational growth.

What We're Looking For





Experience

¢ 12+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Digital Transformation, Consulting, Presales, or Solution Architecture.

¢ 5+ years of deep ServiceNow consulting, architecture, or presales experience.

¢ Proven experience working with global customers across North America, Europe, APAC, or Middle East.

¢ Experience handling strategic enterprise deals and large transformation programs.
