- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions
- Define architecture standards, governance, and platform best practices.
- Prepare solution blueprints, integration designs, and technical roadmaps.
- Drive integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
- Solid ServiceNow architecture and solution design experience.
- Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, etc.).
- Experience in enterprise integrations and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
