Role Description This part-time remote Servicenow and UI role involves designing and refining user interfaces that integrate smoothly with Servicenow-based solutions. Daily responsibilities include creating mockups and visual designs, building interactive prototypes, and collaborating with developers to implement front-end components. The role also requires improving user experience by gathering requirements, validating UI flows, and ensuring accessibility and usability across devices.





The selected candidate will work closely with product and development teams to align UI design with business objectives and technical constraints, while maintaining consistent branding and design standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Mockups and Visual Design for web and application interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with Prototyping and User Experience Design (UED) to test and refine user flows.
- Practical skills in Front-End Development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) to implement UI designs.
- Familiarity with Servicenow platform concepts, modules, and customization is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams and manage part time schedules responsibly.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a user-centered design mindset.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and basic understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
