We are looking for an empathetic, organized, and proactive Student Support & Service Telecaller to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is not sales. Instead, you will act as the key communication bridge between our center, students, and parents—ensuring regular attendance, timely performance updates, issue resolution, and high student satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Absentee Follow-ups: Call parents of absent students within the first hour of batch start times to record genuine reasons and maintain attendance logs.
- Academic & Test Updates: Share periodic test results, class attendance reports, and academic feedback with parents via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) Coordination: Reach out to parents to drive attendance and confirm slots for PTMs,
academic seminars, and one-on-one counseling sessions.
- Grievance Handling: Actively listen to student/parent concerns (e.g., doubts, batch timings, study material queries), log tickets, and coordinate with faculty/operations to resolve them within 24 hours.
- Feedback Collection: Conduct routine feedback calls with parents and students to measure course satisfaction and faculty feedback.
- Data Management: Accurately update call logs, student remarks, and status reports in Google Sheets / internal CRM on a daily basis.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
