We are looking for an experienced IT Service Management / Service Transition professional with robust knowledge of ITIL V4 Foundation and Service Transition principles. The ideal candidate should have experience in Risk Management, Continual Service Improvement, Stakeholder Management, and Agile Methodologies, along with demonstrable expertise in designing and managing support models for services and platforms across their complete lifecycle, from concept and design through transition, operation, and eventual retirement. The role requires strong planning, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to plan, initiate, monitor, and successfully implement projects within a team environment.

The candidate should understand the business impact of service levels, SLA performance, and service failures,



and be committed to delivering service excellence and a strong customer experience. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, technical engineering teams, and service delivery teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in rapidly changing environments, demonstrate a proven track record of continuous improvement and operational efficiency, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while working collaboratively with peers to ensure services are delivered in a timely, efficient, and high-quality manner.
