Roles & Responsibilities

- Managed end-to-end maintenance and service operations for a fleet of 100 vehicles.
- Coordinated and controlled vehicle breakdown services to ensure minimal downtime.
- Monitored daily fleet performance and ensured maximum vehicle availability.
- Supervised and managed a team of 100 drivers, including scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
- Planned preventive maintenance schedules and ensured timely servicing of all vehicles.
- Coordinated with workshops, mechanics, and vendors for repairs and spare parts procurement.
- Responded promptly to emergency vehicle breakdowns and arranged roadside assistance.
- Maintained service records, maintenance logs, and vehicle documentation.
- Ensured compliance with safety standards, transport regulations, and company policies.




- Controlled maintenance costs and optimized service operations to improve fleet efficiency.
- Conducted regular inspections to ensure vehicles were roadworthy and compliant.
- Analyzed breakdown trends and implemented corrective actions to reduce recurring issues.
- Monitored fuel efficiency, tire management, and vehicle utilization.
- Trained and guided drivers on protected driving practices and proper vehicle handling.
- Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet performance, maintenance, and operational KPIs.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
