SERVICE MANAGER

Designation: Service Manager

Experience: 5–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced service professional to take ownership of service operations, technical teams and customer support.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands industrial equipment, can solve technical challenges, lead service engineers and work closely with customers to deliver reliable service.

THE ROLE

Lead the Service Team

Manage and guide service engineers, strengthen technical capability and ensure effective execution of field activities.

Own Service Operations

Plan and oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair activities.

Solve Technical Challenges

Provide technical direction across Automotive Fastening Tools, Pneumatic Tools, Hydro-Pneumatic Systems, PLCs and HMIs.

Build Customer Confidence

Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, resolve technical issues and ensure dependable service support.

Work Across Functions

Coordinate with Sales and internal teams to deliver the right technical response and maintain smooth customer communication.

Develop Service Opportunities

Identify opportunities in AMC,



spare parts and service activities while strengthening ongoing customer relationships.

Improve the Way We Work

Track service performance, identify recurring challenges and drive practical improvements in response, quality and efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in service management within automotive or industrial tooling.

- Strong hands-on experience with fastening, pneumatic and hydro-pneumatic systems.
- Working knowledge of PLCs and HMIs.
- Experience leading service engineers or technical teams.
- Strong customer handling and technical problem-solving ability.
- Clear communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
- A strong sense of ownership towards service performance and customer requirements.
