Role Description The Service Manager & Coordinator is a full time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. This role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing service operations for mining and construction equipment, including scheduling maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely delivery of services to customers.

The individual will liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to manage service requests, track equipment performance, and resolve technical or logistical issues.



Daily tasks include monitoring service workflows, maintaining documentation and service records, supporting field technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role also includes identifying opportunities to improve service quality, optimizing resource allocation, and contributing to customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Service operations and coordination skills, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource planning.
- Customer relationship and communication skills to manage client expectations and provide clear, timely updates.
- Basic technical understanding of mining and construction equipment and willingness to learn product-specific details.
- Administrative and documentation skills, including proficiency with MS Office tools and service management software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate with field and office teams, and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in service or operations management.
- Experience in mining, construction equipment, industrial services, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial or field service environments is beneficial.
