- Installation: Installing CCTV cameras, monitors, and recording devices, Biometric, PA system, Fire alarm, Networking products etc.,

- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and servicing

- Troubleshooting: Identifying faults, repairing, or replacing equipment

- Testing: Ensuring the system is working properly through full tests

- Documentation: Creating detailed documentation of installed systems

- Technical support: Providing technical support to clients

- Preventive maintenance: Following the preventive maintenance master plan and providing instructions

- Corrective maintenance: Executing corrective maintenance based on customer complaints

- Training: Providing training and guidance to support staff

- Communication: Communicating complex technical issues concisely

- Safety: Maintaining health and safety standards

- Collaboration:



Collaborating with project managers, security personnel, and other stakeholders
