We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for company products/equipment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable equipment performance and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, inspect, and maintain equipment/machinery at customer sites.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, or pneumatic issues.

- Attend breakdown and service calls and provide timely technical solutions.

- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

- Conduct equipment testing and performance checks.

- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and operators.

- Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and maintenance records.

- Coordinate with the sales, production, design, and spare-parts teams for service requirements.





- Identify required spare parts and coordinate their availability.

- Train customers/operators on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.

- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and customer-site safety requirements.

- Maintain proper documentation of service activities and customer feedback.

- Travel to customer locations as required.

- Required Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a relevant engineering discipline.

- 2–3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning, or technical support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
