Urgent opening Service Engineer Installation & Commissioning - Thane

Exp - 2-5 yrs salary - 4lac

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Commissioning

 Perform in office installation, testing, and commissioning of bagging machines.

 Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and system integration as per specifications.

 Conduct functional tests and trial runs to verify machine performance.

2. Troubleshooting & Maintenance

 Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mechanical,

electrical, and automation systems.

 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bagging machines.

 Provide remote and on-site technical support for breakdowns and repairs.

3. Customer Support & Training

 Train customer personnel on machine operation, safety protocols,

and maintenance procedures.

 Provide technical guidance and best practices to optimize machine performance.

 Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns and providing solutions.

4. Documentation & Reporting

 Prepare detailed service reports, commissioning checklists, and test results.

 Document modifications, spare parts usage, and service activities.

 Provide feedback to the design and production teams for continuous product improvement.

5. Compliance & Safety

 Ensure all work adheres to company safety guidelines and industry standards.

 Follow site-specific safety protocols while working at customer locations.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electronics/

Instrumentation/Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.





 Experience: 2-3 years in machine installation, commissioning, or servicing (preferably in bagging/packaging machinery).

 Technical Skills:

o Knowledge of PLCs, electrical circuits, and mechanical systems.

o Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic components.

o Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

 Soft Skills:

o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

o Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

o Willingness to travel frequently for site visits.

Additional Requirements:

 Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

 Flexible work schedule based on project and customer requirements and willing to traveling pan India and International Travel.

 Valid passport (if international travel is required).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience

- Service Engineer Installation & Commissioning: 1 year (Preferred)
- on-site installation,: 1 year (Preferred)
- testing, and commissioning of bagging machines.: 1 year (Preferred)
- proper machine setup, calibration, and system integration as: 1 year (Preferred)
- Dip/Deg in Mechanical, Electronics/ Instrumentation: 1 year (Preferred)
- or Electrical Engg / Mechatronics Engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
