Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore.

The Service

Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of KBL pumps and related equipment at customer locations, ensuring reliable operation of fluid management systems. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, conducting troubleshooting, providing field service support,



and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex problems. The role involves preparing service reports, maintaining documentation, and communicating clearly with customers regarding service activities, recommendations, and preventive maintenance.

The Service

Engineer will also support warranty and post-warranty service, adhere to safety and quality standards, and represent KBL professionally during all customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site equipment handling and customer-facing service activities.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills for pumps and related mechanical/electrical systems.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, service teams, and stakeholders.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field is preferred.
- Knowledge of pump systems, fluid mechanics, and industrial safety practices is beneficial.
- Ability to read technical manuals, interpret schematics, and use diagnostic tools effectively.
- Willingness to travel for field assignments and work in industrial environments as required.
