We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join an Italian MNC specializing in CNC machines and advanced solutions for aluminium profile processing.
The role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support for CNC and machine-tool equipment at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle installation, erection, commissioning, repair and maintenance of CNC machines.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Troubleshoot PLC, electronics controls and machine-related technical issues.
- Provide application support and technical assistance to end-users.
- Conduct machine/product training for customers and business partners.
- Visit customer sites for breakdown support, preventive maintenance and technical service.
- Maintain service reports, technical documentation and organizational processes.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in CNC machines,
machine tools, or industrial machinery.
- Experience in Aluminium, Woodworking or Glass Processing Machines is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines, PLC, electronics controls and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of machines.
- Candidates from Machine Tools / CNC / Cutting Tools industries are preferred.
- Positive communication, presentation and customer-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
Preferred Profile Candidates with hands-on experience in CNC installation, commissioning, machine maintenance, PLC troubleshooting and customer technical support will be preferred.
