Roles and Responsibilities:

- Examine and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues in customer equipment.

- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, repair, servicing, and field modifications of machines.

- Identify technical problems and implement appropriate solutions at customer sites.

- Disassemble and reassemble machines for repair or replacement of faulty components and consumables.

- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding machine operation, software, and applications.

- Train customers and their QC/technical personnel on the proper use and operation of equipment.

- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure proper follow-up until service issues are resolved.

- Prepare accurate and timely service reports, customer service logs, and internal service records.

- Maintain assigned machines according to manufacturer specifications.

- Maintain company-provided tools, testing equipment, technical manuals, laptop, and required spare parts.

- Ensure that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.

- Attend technical training programs conducted by the company or equipment manufacturers to stay updated with the latest technology.

- Work closely with the internal technical/service team to ensure efficient service delivery.

- Identify potential sales opportunities such as new service contracts, contract renewals,



and system/equipment sales.

- Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.

- Follow all company policies, procedures, safety protocols, and service standards.

- Share technical knowledge and information with the team to improve overall service performance.

- Travel extensively across India as required, including occasional Sunday travel based on customer/service requirements.

- Ability to handle and carry a toolbox weighing up to 25 kg.

Skills & Candidate Profile

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.

- Technical experience in electronics, instrumentation, machinery, or industrial equipment.

- Experience in textile machinery / textile quality control instruments will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Good time-management and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to explain complex technical problems in simple and easy-to-understand language.

- Solid customer service orientation and professional attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
