Hindustan HHC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Senior & Junior Service Engineer roles to handle installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown service, troubleshooting, and technical support for biomedical and medical equipment across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, inspect, and maintain biomedical and medical equipment at customer locations.
- Attend breakdown and service calls and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per scheduled service requirements.
- Diagnose technical faults and carry out troubleshooting and repairs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding installations, service schedules, and maintenance.
- Prepare service reports, installation reports, preventive maintenance reports, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and internal teams regarding technical issues and spare requirements.
- Support and guide junior service engineers in troubleshooting and service activities.
- Conduct equipment demonstrations and basic user training when required.
- Identify recurring technical issues and report them to the concerned team.
- Ensure compliance with company service procedures and customer requirements.
- Travel across Kerala based on service and customer requirements.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Biomedical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 0-4 years of experience in biomedical or medical equipment service.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala/Karnataka
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
