Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for order management and fulfillment
- Ensure the successful delivery for all the services assigned to you
- Updating the real time status in the dashboard
- Follow-up with vendors to ensure the on-time reaching to customers
- Proactively update to customer and vendor if there is change in location, delay or services
- Be customer centric
Whom do we look for?
- Effective time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and tickets
- Experience working collaboratively with other teams to address the customer needs and improve the service.
- Demonstrate robust abilities in both verbal communication and active listening.
- Mandatory fluency in English, Hindi and any South language
- Being an individual role player.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
