Key Responsibilities

· Plan, schedule, and track daily activities and client visits of Service Technicians/Engineers.

· Coordinate with Service Technicians to ensure timely completion of client visits.

· Act as the first point of contact for clients and coordinate their service requirements with the concerned technicians.

· Coordinate travel and other logistics for Service Technicians/Engineers.

· Coordinate spare parts requirements with clients, Service Technicians, and manufacturers.

· Manage the complete spare parts process from client inquiry to shipment and delivery.

· Maintain and monitor in-house spare parts inventory.

· Prepare and send service offers and Proforma Invoices (PI) to clients for advance payments.

· Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment follow-ups and service technicians' travel advances.

· Support the Service Head in improving service coordination and office processes.





· Coordinate with the Service Head for Service Technician performance reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

· 3–7 years of relevant experience in service coordination or a similar role.

· Graduate / Degree / Diploma holder.

· Strong planning and organizational skills.

· Good customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to coordinate and manage a team of Technical Service Engineers.

· Good knowledge of calendar/schedule management.

· Knowledge of import and export will be an added advantage.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and make quick, practical decisions.

· Good coordination skills with clients, technicians, manufacturers, and internal departments.

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
