Role Description The Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for scheduling and coordinating installation, testing, and maintenance activities for power infrastructure products, ensuring service commitments are met on time and to quality standards.

The Service

Coordinator communicates with customers to understand service requirements, provides updates, and addresses basic queries or concerns in coordination with technical teams. Daily tasks include maintaining service records,



tracking work orders, aligning field technicians and resources, and supporting operations to optimize service efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with internal departments, preparing simple reports, and helping improve service processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Service Coordination and Operations Management skills to organize schedules, resources, and work orders efficiently.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
- Customer Service capabilities, including handling inquiries, managing expectations, and maintaining a professional, solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to use basic office software and service management tools for documentation, reporting, and tracking activities.
- Relevant experience in coordination or operations roles, preferably in electrical, industrial, or technical services environments.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai with a collaborative mindset.
