Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them with seating when required.
- Present menus and provide information about available food and beverage items.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
- Ensure that orders are served correctly and within the expected time.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and hygienic manner.
- Follow proper table-service procedures.
- Check with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their food and service.
- Respond politely to customer requests and coordinate with the relevant team when assistance is required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of dining tables.
- Clear used plates, glasses, cutlery, and other items from tables.
- Ensure tables are properly prepared for new customers.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding customer orders and special requests.
- Handle customer queries regarding menu items when required.
- Maintain professional communication and courteous behavior with guests.




- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant floor.
- Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Support other restaurant staff during busy periods.
- Ensure that customers receive attentive and timely service throughout their dining experience.
