About the Role We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist/Team Lead to own end-to-end SEO strategy and execution for our brand(s). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across technical SEO, eCommerce SEO, AI platform optimization, and performance reporting automation, along with the ability to manage client requirements and lead SEO deliverables independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business and client goals

- Drive technical SEO audits and implementation (site architecture, crawlability, indexing, page speed,

structured data, etc.)
- Manage and optimize SEO performance for eCommerce platforms (category/product pages, faceted

navigation, site migrations, etc.)
- Leverage AI platforms and tools to streamline SEO workflows, content optimization, and keyword

research
- Set up and manage automated SEO reporting dashboards using GA4, GSC, GTM, GMC, and other

analytics tools
- Track, analyze, and report on key SEO KPIs — organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue impact





- Liaise directly with clients to understand requirements, present strategies, and provide regular

performance updates
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives/content writers, ensuring timely and quality delivery of SEO

deliverables
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and evolving SEO/AI trends, adapting strategies

accordingly

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in SEO, with proven expertise in strategy, execution, and team/client management

- Strong hands-on experience with technical SEO and eCommerce SEO

- Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, GMC, and other SEO/analytics tools

- Experience working with AI-based SEO platforms and automating reports/dashboards

- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects/clients and lead a team effectively
