About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible SEO Team Lead to manage and guide our SEO team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing SEO projects, leading team members, reviewing work, solving client and project challenges, and ensuring that campaigns are executed effectively and on time.

This role requires someone who can lead people, take ownership, make decisions, manage priorities, and maintain the quality of SEO deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SEO executives and specialists.
- Plan and oversee SEO campaigns for multiple clients and websites.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Review SEO work and maintain quality standards across the team.
- Develop SEO strategies based on client objectives, website performance, competition, and search trends.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Analyze organic traffic, rankings, conversions, visibility, and other important SEO KPIs.
- Review technical SEO, on-page SEO, content, local SEO, link-building, and other campaign activities.
- Identify SEO issues and guide team members toward practical solutions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and guidance to team members.
- Train junior and mid-level SEO team members and help improve their skills.
- Coordinate with content, web development, design, and other internal teams when required.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and performance insights to management and clients when required.
- Handle escalations and resolve project-related issues effectively.
- Stay updated with major Google algorithm changes, AI search developments, and evolving SEO practices.
- Ensure that the team follows internal SEO processes, SOPs, and quality guidelines.

What We Are Looking For
- 4-5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring an SEO team.




- Strong understanding of SEO strategy and campaign management.
- Experience handling multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, and Content SEO.
- Good understanding of current search trends, AI Overviews, AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate effectively and manage team performance.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good client-handling and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience working with US-based clients, Local SEO campaigns, service-based businesses, and multi-location SEO projects will be preferred.

Experience with industries such as home services, real estate, automotive, legal, and other local businesses is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
