Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager / SEO Team Lead to lead SEO initiatives, manage a team of SEO professionals, and drive organic growth and website performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, SEO Analytics, Content Optimization, and SEO tools, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Implementation

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across website and digital marketing activities.
- Conduct keyword research and develop strategies to improve organic search performance.

Team Management
- Lead, manage, and mentor the SEO team.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to SEO specialists.
- Ensure the team follows SEO best practices and achieves defined objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall SEO performance.

Website & Performance Analysis
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular SEO performance reports.
- Track the impact of SEO strategies and recommend corrective actions where required.

Technical SEO
- Conduct regular Technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting website performance.
- Work on website structure, crawlability, indexing, redirects, page speed, and other technical SEO factors.




- Ensure proper integration and utilization of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.

Content Optimization
- Develop and implement SEO-focused content strategies.
- Optimize website content for relevant keywords and search intent.
- Work closely with Content, Design, and Development teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated.
- Ensure content is high-quality, relevant, and optimized for search engines.

SEO Trends & Updates
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, industry developments, and emerging tools.
- Continuously identify new opportunities to improve organic rankings and website visibility.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Keyword Research, Content Optimization, Link Building, and SEO Audits.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Content, Design, and Development teams.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Mass Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant SEO experience.
- Prior experience in team handling / SEO team management is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies.
- Strong technical and analytical SEO knowledge.
- Experience managing or mentoring an SEO team.
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Thane.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
