Job Title: SEO Executive (US Shift)

Shift Timings: US Shift - 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Salary: Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month (Based on Interview)

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Xeloria is a fast-growing IT & Digital Marketing Agency working with international clients, primarily US-based.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive who can handle international projects and is comfortable working in the US Night Shift. Candidate must have hands-on experience in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Page SEO:

- Perform Keyword Research for US market using Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC.
- Optimize Title, Meta Description, Headers (H1/H2), Image Alt, URL Structure.
- Content optimization, Internal Linking, and On-Page Audit.
- Coordinate with content writers for SEO-friendly content.

2. Off-Page SEO:

- Create high-quality backlinks via Guest Posting, Business Listings, Profile Creation, Social Bookmarking.




- Competitor Backlink Analysis & Strategy building.
- Local SEO & Google My Business (GMB) optimization for US clients

3. Technical & Reporting:

- Hands-on with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, Sitemap, Robots.txt, 404 Errors, Page Speed, Canonical.
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports for clients.

Required Skills:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in SEO (Agency experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
- Proficient in tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4.
- Excellent written communication skills (Must for US clients).
- Must be comfortable with US Night Shift (WFO)

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream Digital Marketing Certification preferred.
