We’re Looking for an SEO Growth Expert!

Colors Queen is looking for an experienced SEO Manager / Senior Executive who can take ownership of our organic search growth and help strengthen our visibility across Google and other search platforms.

Candidates with experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Fashion, D2C or E-commerce industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent analysis.
- Manage On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website pages, product pages, category pages, blogs and landing pages.
- Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR and conversions.
- Develop SEO strategies for e-commerce/product pages, including product titles, descriptions, meta tags and category content.
- Identify opportunities for ranking across high-volume and long-tail keywords.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for implementation.
- Build and execute effective link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Manage content briefs and work closely with writers and marketing teams.
- Monitor competitors and identify new SEO opportunities.
- Track Google algorithm updates and implement necessary SEO changes.
- Analyse SEO performance using data and prepare regular reports.
- Identify website issues related to indexing, crawling, redirects, canonicalization, sitemap, robots.txt, page speed and Core Web Vitals.




- Work closely with the social media, content, performance marketing and e-commerce teams.

Tools & Skills

Strong working knowledge of

- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Keyword Planner
- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Similar SEO tools
- Screaming Frog or other SEO crawling tools
- Google Trends
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of HTML and website structure
- WordPress / Shopify or other CMS platforms

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in any of the following sectors will be an advantage:

Candidates who have worked on beauty/cosmetics product SEO, e-commerce SEO or D2C websites will be preferred.
