We are looking for a senior, highly experienced video editor who can take complete ownership of the visual content coming out of our podcasts.
The Role
- Edit full length podcast episodes with strong storytelling, pacing and attention to detail
- Create exceptional podcast trailers that can compete with the best content in the Telugu digital space
- Go through every podcast and independently identify the strongest moments for reels and short form content
- Understand what will work and what will not work with the audience, instead of simply cutting random clips from the conversation
- Create short form content with robust hooks, retention and shareability
- Bring your own creative judgement and ideas to improve how The RRR Show is presented across platforms
Who We Want Someone who doesn't need to be told: “Cut this part. Make this a reel.”
We want an editor who can watch an episode, understand the conversation and proactively say: “This is the moment. This is the hook. This should be the trailer.”
