Role Description As a Senior Video Editor at Marketing Monk, you will lead the creation of high-quality video content for digital campaigns, social media, and branded storytelling. On a day-to-day basis, you will edit raw footage, refine narratives, apply color grading, and ensure audio and visual consistency across projects.

You will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to interpret briefs, maintain brand guidelines, and deliver content that aligns with campaign goals. You will also provide guidance on video production workflows, mentor junior team members,



and contribute to concept development and content planning. This is a part time, remote role that requires reliable availability, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading with an eye for visual consistency and brand alignment.
- Experience creating Motion Graphics and working with Graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Demonstrated portfolio of video work showcasing a range of formats (short-form, long-form, ads, explainers, social content).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, incorporate feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail, storytelling skills, and understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience in a senior or lead video editing role; agency or digital-first experience is an advantage.
