The Role We are looking for an Associate Director – UI/UX Design to lead the design vision across Agilitas’ digital products and platforms. The role will own UI/UX strategy, design systems and user experience while partnering closely with Product, Technology, Business and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the UI/UX design strategy across Agilitas’ digital ecosystem.
- Lead end-to-end design across web, mobile, e-commerce, internal platforms and consumer-facing products.
- Translate business and user requirements into intuitive user journeys, wireframes,



prototypes and high-quality interfaces.
- Build and evolve scalable design systems, UI standards and interaction guidelines.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing and Business teams from discovery through execution.
- Drive user research, usability testing and design validation.
- Establish design processes, standards and governance across teams.
- Mentor and develop UI/UX designers and build a solid design culture.
- Drive adoption of AI and emerging design tools to improve creativity, speed and efficiency.
- Work with external agencies and design partners where required.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, usability and scalability across digital experiences.

What We're Looking For

- 10–12 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, Interaction Design or a related field.
- Proven experience leading UI/UX or Product Design teams in a digital-first, consumer, retail, e-commerce or technology environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product and experience design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of design systems, user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping and usability.
- Ability to connect user experience with business and product objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership, product managers, engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to AI-powered design and prototyping tools will be an added advantage.
