nDefine and improve user experience for AVEVA, SAP , Work Packs, and custom applications through research, prototyping, usability testing, and stakeholder engagement.

nKey Responsibilities

nUX/UI design and prototyping

n• User research and usability testing

n• User Acceptance Testing coordination

n• Analyze feedback and derive insights

n• Maintain UX standards

n• Collaborate with vendors, business teams, and technical stakeholders

n

nSkill Requirements

n• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

n• 8+ years' experience in software programs/portfolios and enterprise solutions environments

n• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Miro preferred

nUX/UI design expertise

n• User research methodologies

n• Design thinking and Agile practices

n• Communication and presentation skills

n• Stakeholder influence and collaboration

n• Problem-solving and customer-centric mindset
