Key Responsibilities

- Visit opticians, optical stores and accessories stores with product samples to generate and book orders.

- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets through dealers and distributors.

- Manage distributor and dealer relationships across the assigned territory.

- Conduct sales events, roadshows and market activation activities to showcase the product range and generate orders.

- Ensure customer orders are appropriately channelled to the company and supplied within the agreed timelines.

- Drive timely collection of payments from distributors and direct dealers and ensure there are no overdue payments.

- Identify opportunities to liquidate obsolete or slow-moving stock at distributors and key dealers.

- Ensure company schemes,



promotions and brand plans are implemented in the market as per guidelines.

- Ensure distributor claims are submitted accurately and on time and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Identify prospective new stores and drive placement of Luxottica brands.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution into current towns within the assigned territory.

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for their immediate resolution.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements and provide relevant market feedback.

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Finance/Collections teams.
