Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to patients and prospective customers to explain hospital services, health check-ups, memberships, packages, and offers.

- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding consultations, appointments, doctors, departments, and hospital services.

- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, enquiries, health packages, and membership registrations.

- Explain healthcare membership plans, perks, discounts, and terms clearly to patients and their family members.

- Generate leads through telephone calls and convert enquiries into appointments or memberships.

- Maintain proper records of calls, patient enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Coordinate with the front office, doctors, marketing, and other departments whenever required.

- Follow up with patients after consultations or enquiries to improve engagement and encourage future visits.

- Handle patient queries professionally and escalate complaints or complex queries to the concerned department.

- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.





- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.

- Perform any other telecalling or patient-support activities assigned by the management.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate.

- Good communication skills in English, Telugu, Hindi.

- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records.

- Previous experience in healthcare telecalling, sales, customer service, or hospital operations will be an advantage.

- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Skills:

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Patient and polite approach.

- Ability to handle targets and follow-ups.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to communicate healthcare information clearly and professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
