Role Summary: Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement of electrical systems and equipment (motors, VFDs, PLCs, switchgear, transformers) in a plant/industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical equipment
- Support RCA/RCM/FMEA initiatives to reduce equipment failures
- Install and commission recent electrical systems per specifications
- Follow LOTO, PTW, and electrical safety/compliance standards
- Mentor junior technicians and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Maintain CMMS records and documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering (Degree preferred)
- 5–8+ years industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Knowledge of HT/LT systems, PLCs, VFDs, switchgear; CMMS familiarity
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
