Role Description The Senior Technical Project Manager will oversee complex parking infrastructure and automation projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, timelines, and budget. This full-time remote role includes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project schedules and risks, and ensuring integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components in accordance with industry standards and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities involve defining project scope, preparing technical documentation, collaborating with engineering and operations teams, and tracking progress through project management tools.





The role also requires regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders, resolving issues proactively, and driving continuous improvement in processes and execution.

The Senior Technical Project

Manager will contribute to strategic program planning, support pre-sales and solution design discussions, and help scale HPIPL’s smart parking solutions across diverse environments.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership and people management capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret technical requirements, performance data, and project metrics for informed decision-making.
- Proven experience managing infrastructure, engineering, or technology implementation projects, ideally in mobility, smart city, or automation domains.
- Familiarity with parking systems, industrial automation, IoT solutions, or related smart infrastructure technologies is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI/PMBOK, or equivalent frameworks).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (such as PMP or PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation, accountability
