We’re Hiring | Senior Technical Documentation Engineer – Oil & Gas / OEM

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Documentation Engineer / QA-QC Documentation Specialist to support the preparation and review of technical document packages for Oil & Gas OEM components .

The ideal candidate should have hands-on understanding of machining, inspection, NDE, dimensional inspection, coating and material certification , along with the ability to review and compile complete technical documentation packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Control General Reports

• Compile documentation after final machining, including:

– Material Hardness Reports

– NDE Reports

– Dimensional Inspection Reports

• Compile post-coating documentation, including:

– LPI Reports

– Dimensional Reports after Coating

– Coating Certificate of Conformity (COC)

– Visual Inspection Reports

• Review and verify Raw Material Certificates

• Cross-check technical information, material details, heat/batch numbers, specifications and inspection data

• Identify discrepancies, missing information and documentation gaps

• Ensure completeness, accuracy and traceability of the final OEM document package

• Coordinate with relevant technical/inspection teams wherever clarification is required





Candidate Profile:

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, OEM, Engineering, Manufacturing or QA/QC

- Strong understanding of technical inspection and manufacturing documentation

• Experience with NDE/NDT, dimensional inspection, machining, coating and material certificates

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and inspection data

• Good knowledge of document control and quality documentation

• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently review technical documents

• Positive command of MS Excel and MS Word

Important:

This is not a data-entry or basic documentation role . We are looking for someone who can understand the technical content, review the information, identify gaps and take ownership of the complete documentation package.
