Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and hire top talent for various positions within the organization.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.

- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.

Job Requirements :

- 7-12 years of experience in analytics hiring or headhunting with a focus on IT services & consulting industry.

- Proven track record of successfully leading teams through end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer acceptance.

- Robust understanding of current trends in technology hiring, including emerging technologies such as AI/ML/Data Science etc. .

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (internal stakeholders) at all levels.
