About the Role

nApplix is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise business applications for a global client. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in .NET application development, SQL Server administration, Power BI, and enterprise application support.

nThis role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving production issues, implementing business requirements, and ensuring reliable application performance while following ITIL best practices.

nKey Responsibilities

- Support and maintain critical enterprise applications used across multiple business regions.
n
- Design, develop, and enhance applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
n
- Implement business requirements including Epics, Features, and User Stories.
n
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Business Intelligence tools.
n
- Administer and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases.
n
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and resolve application defects.
n
- Create and execute unit test plans and support system integration testing.
n
- Collaborate with business users, architects, designers, QA teams, and external vendors.
n
- Configure enterprise applications and participate in system administration activities.
n
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure system knowledge is up to date.
n
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, SLA commitments, and change management procedures.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and development processes.
n
- Participate in small to medium-sized enhancement projects and production support initiatives.
n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

nExperience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
n




- Minimum 4+ years of experience in application development and enterprise application support.
n
- Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications.
n

nTechnical Skills

n

- Strong expertise in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
n
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
n
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration and database management.
n
- Experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
n
- Experience with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.
n
- Understanding of enterprise application hosting environments.
n
- Knowledge of software configuration and deployment processes.
n
- Experience with ITIL processes, Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Requests.
n
- Experience with version control systems (Git/Azure DevOps/TFS).
