Role Description:

EASTMAN is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst with Full Stack .NET development experience to join the PIMS (Process Information Management Solutions) Team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications that serve global manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.

This will be a contract position for a duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Primary responsibility is to develop applications which will be used by the operators/technicians in the manufacturing area globally by using .net platform.
- Developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using .NET and related technologies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements,



and design and implement software solutions.
- Maintain the existing applications and fix issues and explain the user about the timelines in resolving the issues.
- Troubleshooting and debugging software issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborating with peers to support/design the best solution possible.
- Ensure error-free coding that adheres to best coding practices.
- Implement best practices and methodologies for security, quality, and development approach.
- Design, develop, and support CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve deployment efficiency and application reliability.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting enterprise applications using ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET technologies.
- Strong experience in Web API, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Experience developing component-based web applications using Razor/Blazor and maintaining or modernizing AngularJS applications.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software design patterns, SDLC, and application architecture principles.
- Experience in database design, integration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with application debugging, testing, issue resolution, and production support.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern software deployment practices.

- Knowledge of AVEVA PI (PIMS) tools and manufacturing or industrial systems environments.
- Basic understanding of SAP modules and integrations.
- Experience developing or supporting VB.NET Windows-based applications.
- Exposure to manufacturing, operations, or shop-floor application development.
- Experience participating in application modernization initiatives and technology upgrades.
- Ability to influence technical decisions, recommend best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated customer-focused mindset with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates.
