Key Responsibilities

- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), Consumables, and Finished Goods (FG).

- Ensure proper inventory control and maintain optimum stock levels.

- Conduct GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material inward and outward transactions in ERP systems.

- Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure compliance with food safety requirements.

- Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile physical inventory with system inventory.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.

- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification and cycle counts.

- Ensure proper storage conditions and warehouse housekeeping standards.

- Monitor shelf-life, batch-wise inventory, and expiry management.

- Prepare inventory reports, stock ageing reports, and MIS reports.

- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and company SOPs.

- Supervise store staff, material handlers, and warehouse assistants.





- Support audits and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse operations within Food Manufacturing, Frozen Food, FMCG, Dairy, Beverage, or Ready-to-Eat industries.

- Experience in handling RM, PM, FG, and consumable inventories.

- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

- Robust understanding of inventory management principles, FIFO/FEFO, and stock reconciliation.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory reporting.
