- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views
- Write high-performance queries on large transactional databases
- Build data extraction, transformation, and reporting logic
- Analyze and improve database performance (indexing, execution plans, query tuning)
- Work closely with product, analytics, and application teams
- Develop data validation and reconciliation processes
- Support integrations with healthcare admin platforms
- Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance standards
