Senior Software Engineer – Backend

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Backend to join our engineering team in Kolhapur.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, microservices, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews,



technical discussions, sprint planning, and architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and other engineering teams.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of qualified software development experience.
- Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
- Hands-on experience with backend development, APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, software testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise/SaaS environments is a plus.
